Welcome to our “cyber-home”! Although P. M. Hottle & Associates was established in 1985, this new presence on the Worldwide Web also marks our return to the consulting space after a 10-year “sabbatical” during which I served as the chief architect and managing executive for the leadership academy we built for Chevy Chase Bank. During that exciting time, I was able to grow and deepen my understanding of organizational leadership, change, and how strong organizational cultures are built and nurtured. I am very excited to bring what I have learned to a broader client base.

Creating an up-to-date presence doesn’t, however, change our traditional principles and beliefs for working with you…. We will always be focused on improved performance and results, following our client’s lead, working collaboratively, designing and operating to your requirements, and exiting as soon as the need for our services is met.

My colleagues and I have worked in many fields including, manufacturing, mining, banking, healthcare, government and non-profits. We are known for our “fit” with people of many backgrounds and vocations and organizations of all types. We value the strength that comes with diversity in our team and our client base.
